LXRY! HOTELS IN
ST.KITTS AND NEVIS
Saint Kitts and Nevis is a dual-island nation situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. It’s known for cloud-shrouded mountains and beaches. Many of its former sugar plantations are now inns or atmospheric ruins. The larger of the 2 islands, Saint Kitts, is dominated by the dormant Mount Liamuiga volcano, home to a crater lake, green vervet monkeys, and rainforest crisscrossed with hiking trails.
our LXRY! hotel selection
When you have great suggestions let us know!
We have some criteria before we can call a hotel a LXRY! Selection Hotel. We want to be surprised, we need luxury and hospitality at a high level, we love the quality of food and the rooms, we think the location is super important, and….we want to memorize the hotel for a lifetime! So you will not find basic chain hotels that look similar in all countries but truly found local gems that are different and memorable.
Disconnect to Reconnect in Luxury Combined with Caribbean Charm
an escape—a special hideaway
Dating back to the early 1800s, Golden Rock sits on a hundred acres stretching up the verdant slopes of Nevis Peak.
Eleven guest rooms offer privacy, glorious tropical gardens, and sea views toward the Caribbean islands of Antigua and Montserrat. Golden Rock has been thoughtfully restored and expanded through the eyes of artists Helen and Brice Marden.
Wander through the gardens, plunge into the freshwater pool, and enjoy alfresco dining. For adventures further afield, rent mountain bikes, explore the beaches of Nevis, or hike from the gate to the Source. Green vervet monkeys inhabit the property along with hummingbirds, finches, and the occasional local donkey. At night, rest well with serenading tree frogs and breezes rustling the bamboo. Golden Rock Inn is an escape—a special hideaway.
Discover lively Caribbean cuisine paired with global flair at the restaurant ‘The Rocks’. Fresh fish and lobster come from local fishermen; tropical fruits and vegetables from neighboring growers. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served al fresco on dining decks overlooking the sea, or within intimate garden settings. Under stone vaulted ceilings, the bar serves signature cocktails such as Mount St. Helena and Golden Rock’s renowned Rum Punch.
Surrounded by gardens with a majestic view of Nevis Peak, this cut-stone mill dates back to the 19th century. The two-story accommodation features an oversized king bed upstairs, with a full bath and views of Windward Beach beyond. Two twin beds and a second full bath are downstairs. The Mill is suitable for a couple with 2 children, or 3 adults.
